Having participated in the Harmony process, I've learned a lot about my limitations, things I need to address, and the ability to control my independence.
After going through the Harmony program, I was able to talk with my doctor about changing a couple of my medications. I did not know that those pills were the cause of my recent fall.
Learning about my balance shortcomings and getting an appointment with a therapist has helped me gain confidence. I’m thankful for the Harmony company for helping me with this.
Some seniors are afraid of technology but not me. I signed up for the Harmony program and was very happy to learn what the machine was able to teach me about my risk of falling. I can’t afford to move to the next level of care and do not want to leave my friends.
