Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Harmony Solutions, Inc. (“iHarmony Health”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.iharmonyhealth.com website (“Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by iHarmony Health.

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, place an order, or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, or credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities or products and services provided by iHarmony Health.

Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about the means of connection to the Site, such as the operating system of a User, the Internet service providers utilized by a User and other similar information.

Privacy of Children

We understand that young people need special safeguards and privacy protection. We realize that they may not understand all the provisions of our policy or be able to make thoughtful decisions about the choices that are made available to our adult Users. We strongly urge all parents to participate in their children’s exploration of the Internet and any online services, and to teach their children about protecting their personal information while online.  We prohibit registration by children under the age of 13 for the Site and no one under 13 may provide any personally identifiable information to iHarmony Health or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13.  If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register on the Site or send any information about yourself to iHarmony Health.  Users agree to abide by these restrictions, and not to help anyone avoid these restrictions.  If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent verification, we will delete the information as soon as possible.  If you believe that we have any personally identifiable information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.

Web Browser Cookies

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. Cookies are text files saved by a device’s browser that stores information.  That information is available to us later when the browser returns to the Site.  A User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert a User when cookies are being sent. If cookies are refused, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

How We Use Collected Information

iHarmony Health may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

Information provided by Users helps us respond to customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

How We Protect Your Information

We are committed to protecting the security of data provided by Users and use commercially reasonable data collection, storage, processing practices and security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.  Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.  However, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit “do not track” signals to the websites and other online services with which a User communicates.  We currently do not take action in response to these signals.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowable by law; (i) iHarmony Health and or/subsidiaries or affiliated companies will have no liability arising out of any injury to individuals or property as a result of the ownership, possession, or use of any product or service manufactured, sold, leased, or delivered by iHarmony Health and/or subsidiaries or affiliated companies; (ii) under no circumstances is iHarmony Health and/or subsidiaries or affiliated companies liable for more than the purchase price of the product or service provided and (iii) under no circumstances is iHarmony Health liable for indirect, incidental, exemplary, special or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for lost profits or business interruption, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise and even if iHarmony Health has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent a User’s personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.  We may also share personal data for the following reasons: (i) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, court order or other legal process; or (ii) when we believe it is reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent harm, fraud, abuse or illegal conduct.  If all or part of our company is sold or merged, we may transfer User information to one or more third parties as part of that transaction.

Third-Party Websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, customers and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Users acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Users residing in California have some additional rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).  If you are a California resident, this notice (this “Notice”) applies to you and supplements iHarmony Health’s main Privacy Policy, above (the “Main Privacy Policy”).

We collect personal information (a) directly from you when you visit our Site, place an order, or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the Site; and (b) automatically when, for example, you browse the Site or sign-in to the Site using your User account. Sale of Personal Information

For the purposes of the CCPA, “selling” information broadly means scenarios where we have shared personal information with partners in exchange for valuable consideration.  We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers. Your California Consumer Rights

California consumers have the right to request access to the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them in the last 12 months. You may make this request up to two times in a 12-month period.  You may also request additional details about our information practices, including the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources of such collection, the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information, the categories of third parties with whom we share and sell your personal information, the categories of personal information we have disclosed and sold about you in the preceding 12 months, and the categories of third parties to whom we sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. If you are a California consumer, you also have the right to request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), to opt out of sales of personal information and to receive equal service and price and not be discriminated against even if you exercise any of your CCPA rights.

We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Using an Authorized Agent

You may use an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to exercise your rights under the CCPA.  We may request evidence that you have provided that agent with valid written authority to submit requests on your behalf. Financial Incentives

We may offer various financial incentives from time to time. For example, we may provide discounts, special offers and other benefits to Users registered with the Site.   When you participate in the financial incentives we offer, we may collect personal information from you, such as identifiers like your name and email address, and commercial information like your purchasing habits and profile information such as product preferences. You can opt into a financial incentive by following instructions surfaced in connection with sign-up, and you may opt-out of the incentive at any time by contacting info@iharmonyhealth.com. In some cases, we may provide additional terms and conditions for a financial incentive, which we will provide to you when you sign up.
